Overview
At Infinet we took on the challenge of creating a new website for Horizon Pacific, a real estate company based in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
With a focus on vacation rentals and related services, our goal was to create a visually stunning and user-friendly platform that reflects the company’s refreshed brand while showcasing its extensive portfolio of rental properties and providing exceptional services to travelers visiting Costa Rica.
The website design prioritized cleanliness, modernity, and ease of use. Infinet ensured an intuitive user experience (UX) with simple navigation and a focus on accessibility combined with support elements, creating a visually appealing experience. The result was a platform that made it easy for potential clients to find, book appointments, and learn about the company’s services.

Understanding Horizon Pacific’s core goals and objectives was key, allowing us to take appropriate action to help them rethink their new website.
Through our key findings, we identified strategies to address user pain points in the most relevant way – by defining the new customer journey. A critical success factor of this effort was ensuring that the value proposition was directly correlated to each stage of the journey.
Once the goals were defined, we began the wireframing process to outline the structure and layout of the webpage. Working closely with the client, we reviewed and refined the wireframes, ensuring they captured the desired functionality and content placement.
From there, we moved on to creating design mockups that visually represented the proposed look and feel of the webpage.
Development
The two-month project duration provided the necessary time for thorough exploration and implementation of various design elements, ensuring a high-quality end result. Continuous communication and collaboration with the client was crucial to understanding their specific requirements and incorporating their valuable insights throughout the development process.
Using WordPress and Elementor Pro, we achieved precise customization and significant visual improvements. Additionally, using HTML and CSS technologies, we efficiently integrated the client’s booking system, creating a captivating website that effectively presents their brand, services, and offerings.
